The opportunity to view a plethora of birdlife awaits you as we meander through the creeks and lagoons, trying to spot darters, herons and egrets feeding along the river's muddy edges. We then head back to the PS Murray Princess for a dinner followed by evening excitement with the Murray River Cup.

This morning provides the opportunity to take some amazing photographs as we go ashore at dawn to capture the sunrise over the Mighty Murray. After enjoying a hearty breakfast on board we learn about the Food and Wine Trail of the Riverland before enjoying a lunch of local produce.

As we come into Murray Bridge we disembark to visit the Pomberuk Aboriginal Cultural Centre, on the land of the local Ngarrindjeri people where you will have the chance to see a dramatic dance performance depicting the Dreaming tale of Ngurunderi, a Ngarrindjeri ancestor, whose battle with the Murray Cod created the natural formations of the Murray that we see today.

The Murray Princess then departs for Mundarra, where you will join the Captain and officers for pre-dinner drinks and then the Captain's Dinner & Dance.
