The 4 Step Process
Step One - Submitting
your resume
Complete the Job Application Form with the relevant informatoin and
return using one of the following methods.

The Job Application form will contain all
the information that we require to consider your application.
Please do not attach your resume to your application. Should
you be successful to the second stage of the recruitment
process, we may request a copy of your resume.
Step Two – The
interview
The interview process provides us with a unique opportunity to get to know our applicants and to determine how their skills and experiences may fit the advertised position. The interview is a two way consultative process that will provide applicants with the opportunity to better understand our environment, the position and whether this would be a "good fit" for them.
The interview panel will usually consist of the manager of the department and another leader within our business and/or a representative of the Human Resource Department.
The process for your interview will be outlined to you when you are invited to an interview.
Step three – Referee
Checks
Please come prepared with the names and contact details of two work related referees from the last 3-5 years.
Step Four – Other
assessments
Dependant upon the position that you have applied for, we may request that you participate in other assessment process. This will be outlined to you as required.

Police Checks and Medicals
You may be asked to undertake a police check and/or medical as part of the recruitment process.
Other information
The SeaLink Travel Group recruits applicants in many different categories including permanent full time, permanent part time, casual and contract. Your category of employment will be advertised with the position.
All positions within the STG have a probation period.
